Delivery charges are £2.70 for the first item then £0.50 pence more for each extra item. line breakThe postage will be added to the price of the products at our checkout
All deliveries in the UK are sent by first class Royal Mail available to anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland and normally take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive.
If you are a customer based outside the UK, we will charge you postage.
We dispatch your order first class on the day of receipt if the order is received before 3.00 PM GMT

Returns details
Can I return a Product?
We accept back any goods that are faulty for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, and in original packaging within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods.
Please let us know via customerservices@haircatwalk.co.uk that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
Our aim is to provide you with a fast and courteous service. If for any reason you do have a complaint we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and we will keep you informed about the progress.
